Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is responsible for the company’s system of corporate governance and is ultimately accountable for the organization’s activities, strategy, risk management and financial performance. It consists of four shareholders, Mr. Eskendir Woubshet (Chairman), Mr. Alemayehu Wubeshet,Mr. Mulugeta Woubshet, and Mrs. Tika Zewdie.

The General Manager, Mr. Eskendir Woubshet or his current delegate Mr. Mulugeta Woubshet, is responsible for the management of the business and is assisted by the Corporate Executive Team.
